WillControl mixing plant batch control system
Developed in-house by Tecwill, the WillControl system is an user-friendly and fully automatic Windows-based control system utilizing AI technology. The system leverages today’s latest bus technology and data transfer methods, enabling reliable and fast operation.
The new control system ensures existing plants more reliable production and better quality.
The WillControl system supports the control of concrete production from mix design, dosing to quality control. The system can be composed of suitable control modules according to customer application needs. The software application can be designed, for example, for the production of ready-mix concrete, precast concrete or both. The system can also be used to update or upgrade the control systems of existing plants, providing report capabilities on the basis of actual standards, such as EN 206-1.
The WillControl system is flexible. It can be linked to the customer’s ERP-system, including ticketing, invoicing, material management or concrete disposition programs. The system offers versatile reporting features according to the actual needs of concrete producers.
The WillControl control system has been developed according to the requirements of the EN 206-1 standard.

Tecwill's AI based dosing and weighing algorithm enables faster throughput with more repeatable batch quality. The improved weighing of materials provides the correct slump and better dosing deviation.
